Ambiance is ok. Coming to the food, we had ordered fried chicken biryani - the chicken pieces were rubbery, my and my kids couldn’t eat them. When we told the manager, he gave some justifications. Overall, I may not revisit this place.

I’m really disappointed with the experience. The Chicken Biryani was not served properly—the rice was hot, but the chicken pieces were clearly not. It felt like the biryani handi had been prepared in the afternoon and served in the evening. I specifically asked the staff to reheat it and serve it hot. Even after waiting for 10 minutes, it was brought back in the same condition, with the chicken still not hot. This clearly shows a lack of attention to basic food quality and customer requests. Serving biryani like this completely ruins the experience. Expected much better.

the food was very bad. they need to improve a lott in terms of food taste and food quality. we have order pomfret fish which was not even cooked properly. its my kind suggestion that - you guyz need to improve a lotttttt. you are charging a lot for the items, so atleast please make sure that food is cooked up to the mark.
