We were seated in “fine dining” area as ground floor was full. The Mysore masala dosa was bought broken and soggy, when i asked what was the reason, they said you might not know but Mysore masala dosa has “masala” and ghee(which was not there at all) So sometimes it gets broken. When I asked will you replace, he said no. I was explained this by the person touching and opening my dosa without any gloves. We placed the order for filter coffee in beginning and we told get us at end of food. We were asked twice while eating if it should be brought, and then when it was actually time it was brought 15 mins late and then after the coffee was kept, they were squatting for sugar, that took another 5 mins, while coffee was becoming cold. It’s very expensive breakfast place with a bad service. Food taste is average.

worst service. made an order of 4 items and got them at 20.min apart and cold. Service person is rude and they are so dis organized and absolutely no control of the service. went home half empty stomach and vouched to never come back

This review is specifically for their fine dinning. Very poor management. No one to assign table, take order. Have to follow up multiple times to even place the order. Very poor service. Highly highly disappointing visit.

untrained staffs.. I have to wait 30 minutes on a billed parcel later they negotiated to eat something else as they don't have stock.

The service is very poor we have waited for 1.5 hrs before we get the ordered food and no kne was there to help us.
