Had a wonderful experience at Karafa. The place has an amazing vibe — relaxed, stylish, and perfect for spending time over good food and coffee. Their coffees are excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. What really stands out is how well the whole experience comes together — great ambience, great coffee, and great food. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to and highly recommend to anyone looking for a good café experience

Been to the banjara hills karafa. Serene and cozy ambience. Smell of the coffee hits you when you enter. Was super excited for the French toast. Boy oh boy it didn't disappoint on any note. Had ordered Egg Hollandaise and Danish eggs... Oh my superb flavourful and just amazing. Big lover of those runny eggs I was bamboozled with taste and flavour. Loved the butter crossaint as well. Indeed a great place

Went to Karafa for the first time on my birthday eve. Johnson is the guy who took care of us with our food, drinks and customizations. Really happy and satisfied with the food, drinks, desserts, service and ambience.

I have been to both jubilee hills and Banjara hills branches of karafa. Both have high ceiling indoor spaces that are spacious as well as huge outdoor seating as well. Both branches are surrounded by greenery. Both have glass display of some very unique desserts like chocolate babka, eclair, designer desserts, cinnamon bun, cake slices like chocolate raspberry slice, marble cake, tres leches, etc. They offer garlic bread, fries, sandwiches, burgers, pasta and pizza. Beverages include hot and cold coffee, milkshakes, cold brews, etc. In jubilee hills we ordered coffee pecan praline pastry which had several layers and unique flavor. We then ordered chocolate croissant with gold lines and that was good too. We ordered cold coffee and it tasted good. We ordered mushroom toast which was average. In Banjara hills branch we ordered avocado toast on sourdough. It was tasty. We ordered beans dessert which is nice for coffee lovers. Both places prices are high. Definitely worth a one time visit.

The place has huge space with high ceiling with indoor ac seating and outdoor seating. They have a glass display with different types of desserts. This kind of variety is normally not available in other bakeries. The desserts include mango, apricot, coffee pecan, chocolate based desserts. The menu offers open toasts, starters like fries, sandwiches, pizza, pasta, burgers, etc. In beverages they have brewed coffee, hot coffee, cold coffee, frappe, hot tea, etc. We ordered classic cold coffee which had a good consistency and right amount of sweetness. We then ordered mushroom toast which was decent. Then we ordered coffee pecan praline which was unique in taste with coffee, chocolate, nuts, and was good. We also ordered bow croissant which had chocolate filling inside but was a little hard on the outside. The service is good. But only disadvantage was exorbitant prices.

do try their hummus toast..very nice. crispy chicken croissant was ok and bagel was chewy. masala omlette was also good

I especially didn't like their cutlery, they look very worn out and full of scratches. food wasn't that great either. I am not complaining that they are bad. but I expect more if I am paying that much. other than that, the menu has very limited options. one major concern was, one of the waiter just kept looking at us like "when will you leave". the ambiance is good but it is not worth the hype as shown online.
