although I gave a 5 rating as I dont want to hurt the numbers. this place is grossly understaffed for a Sunday breakfast rush. 2 kids for 10 odd tables running taking orders, getting food and also packing for swiggy zomato... as wonderful as the food is... chances are I won't come back here if I have to wait for food ... its not the fault of the service staff as they were running the whole time. if margins are important run a smaller place .. hate to see a place go out of business despite great foodI feel... dont know what the truth is .... lovely food.. great staff wish the service was faster and for heaven 's put some cushions on the seats for the bums.

some of the best vietnamese coffee and coconut matcha I have had. the breakast was great too, highly recomment hyderabadi breakfast and breakfast burger!! Will 100% visit again!! also, great service. I read the two reviews here and assumed that service would be slow. for a restaurant where almost all tables were occupied except 1 or 2 - the service was extremely fast.

Katha's vibe and kind of crowd goes there is great. So, if you wan to go on a date and have coffee then it is a good place. BUT the service is extremely slow, kind of annoying and food is at best average. Nothing special. Definitely not for families where kids will eat your heads when food gets delayed.

1)chocolate mousse croissant was disappointing. it didn't had chocolate mousse filling, instead it had just wipped cream. overpriced and felt cheated. 2) they need to upgrade cutlery and plates, they don't have eating plates and will give serving plates for eating.

Have you ever heard of a cafe which says they are out of coffee? This one did. They said they are out of filter coffee. We tried their karampodi-parmesan fries, which were underseasoned, and a bit bland. We also tried their Mango Fried Chicken, which was nothing great. The chicken was crisp and well fried, but the mango dip was bland. More than the food, the place felt a bit too congested, cluttered, and some customers were being super loud (they lack civic sense), and they weren't doing anything about it. We contemplated leaving because it was getting just too loud, but since we had placed our order, we stayed. Certainly not a place I would recommend if you want to spend a chill evening tallking to your friends or so, there are better cafes out there which offer better food and a better ambience.

The ambience is extremely dull.Felt like we are inside a prison. The ceiling is low and feels claustrophobic. French toast is not up to the mark. It was bland and loaded with just cream. There was no effort to make it palatable. Just cream, blueberry sauce and maida bread.

service was horrible. The staff seems to be arrogant. the sourdough pizza with paneer on it became soggy because the consistency of the toppings were gravy like, which is not good for a pizza. uncomfortable seating arrangements too.
