Food was amazing and very budget friendly and the staff was very polite worth for the cafe and there is less waiting time

Hi, I really like your café and enjoyed my time here. I just had a small concern — when I asked to remove the service charge (which I understand is optional), I was told that I can’t use the Zomato Dine-In discount anymore. It felt a bit uncomfortable because both paying through Zomato and opting out of service charge should be my choice as a customer. Just wanted to share this as respectful feedback — I say this only because I genuinely love your place and want to support it.

While paying through third party apps like zomato, dine out they are imposing service chargers as mandatory and cannot be removed from the bill. As we are paying through third party apps hence they are not reducing the service chargers. Never saw this type of payment anywhere.

1. Do not pour an overdose of ketchup on nachos. Try introduce Guacamole. 2. Overall taste of the food can be improved compared to the pricing. 3. You are charging Service Charges upfront in the bill, I am not sure if that's allowed.

SC is made mandatory if the bill is paid via Swiggy/zomato and the other option to pay without SC was to be paid via cash/upi/card, felt like this was not the correct way as the SC is optional everywhere. By the way food was self-served, but SC was mandatory 🤷

The cafe argued with me saying Zomato will be accepted only if the service charge is paid. They badmouthed Zomato saying they don't get anything out of it. And forced us to pay more.

AC doesn't work and it's been the same since 3 weeks. Food is tasty but need to work on service
