I was stopped at the bill counter for 15mins because the staff said that the previous orders are pending and that I would have to wait 15mins to place my order. Was charged extra for mayo when I did not even want it. Was disappointed with the staff as they had no understanding of what customer service meant.Was served cold and long time ago cooked food.Very bad experience :(

We ordered food form this KFC but I never expected like this bad food available it's not fresh and getting very bad smell humble request don't order any food from this outlet.

I ordered 5 pc h&c and just got 2 pcs of it this is a fraud from Zomato and KFC I will file a complaint at consumer court I have evidence videos everything this is not right

the store had no AC, toilet was the worst I have seen in the city. they don't take order, self service order she said, unhygienic , flies all around .
