kfc kondapur - when we asked for big 8 and a classic chicken burger they told they donot have burger and neither smokey chicken. while standing in front of counter we found burgers been made. we checked swiggy and Zomato whether we were getting the options which the manager and the staff refused us for and yes... we had it online. we checked with the store manager regarding this as why it was served online nd not to dine ins, manager then agreed to serve us with our requested order and not before that. we ordered big 8 and medium popcorn, he made a wrong bill for this until we checked he dint even tell that he made a wrong bill and kfc ows us money. snap of the bill iv added. really frustrated and unhappy with the service. this is not how ANY CUSTOMER should be treated! WORST SERVICE OF KFC!

Worst expired chicken, badly smelled n wings have blackish color for bones… popcorn is over burnt.. pathetic this is 3rd time i am seeing same service

Worst service ever. I walked in around 9 p.m and they said they won’t take an order since it is past their time. Never saw any KFC closing up at 9 p.m

I got horrible food delivered by kfc.from being late and athey give me food cold as zombie temperature and so disgusting.
