This kfc is in the food street at the basement of the airport.. Took rice box which contains wow hot wings, cob hc, rizo rice bowl, pillsburry cookie and pepsi.. quality was good.

Thought of going to other burger outlets but my friend chose to have one in KFC.. Had chicken zinger burger, it was good as usual and satisfied my burger-cravings :P

Visited this outlet yesterday. Tried one Veg Zinger Burger. The taste was good enough. The service was quick. Food:- 3.5/5 Ambience:- 2/5 Service:- 3/5 Value for Money:- 3/5

This is for the outlet near the gates. Terrible service, rude. Touch option for card does not work. They will touch your card and give it back but will not provide sanitizer. Pretty much half of the menu wasn’t available. As of late their quality has gone down. Most of it tasted pretty bad. Not just this outlet, but at others too.

Horrible management. Pains me deeply to write this review - since I have always liked KFC.. But KFC needs to improve its operations otherwise some other competition will come and take away its business! I waited in line for 20 min to order grilled chicken, only to be told that the product wasn’t available. Why display the product extensively on all boards if it isn’t available? Also the least they could have done is inform customers and avoid all the unnecessary waiting. Waiting in line for 20 min at the airport is bad enough as is.

I ordered chocolash and it was really bad. I think the my order was not freshly prepared as I got it as soon as I ordered it. It only had ice in it and it tasted very bad. I think they don't care about quality and just want to serve the crowd.

Rude staff and bad low quality food and service. The drink served with the meal was not cold and had no fizz. The fries portion served was laughable. They do not even provide extra ketchup on request.

worst service..very arrogant staff..they won't inform what is available and turn up telling after the billing is done.Raju is the name of the guy.I would suggest not to go to Hyderabad airport KFC
