Order 1 5 in 1 rice bowl, 2 hot and crispy chicken and 1 popcorn rice bowl but what I didn’t get is 2 hot and crispy.. so I called Zomato and told them and they were telling to call restaurant but when I called I seriously got inappropriate answers from MR.GANESH saying that it’s not our duty that items are missing.. then who we costumers should call to .. loss of my money and appetite.

I have only one issue with KFC and Zomato, Every time there representative asks for the route. However they have route map on the mobile. Please trained them in a way so they can get a clear information (Idea) about the customer location. And not call again and again, it is very irritating to explain route on cell phone.

Always enjoy my food there delivery my order on time so yummy I love it so much coming and have food with my friend and family this restaurant is the best to food in Hyderabad so yummy. I love it

Had a snack box yesterday it's so yummy... Asusual nothing to say abt the KFC. It's was raining last nyt n had the best snack.. Especially my son enjoyed it...

Good food experience. I like the way they serve and behave with their customers. Zinger burger is the best of all the burgers, the asli chicken burger

Good Food. Hot,Fresh and Delicious. The service is a bit slow but it is a good place to hang around. Rice bowl is too good to satisfy your hunger. Overall 4/5.

No covid safety precautions are being implimented No mask no entry rule is not implemented here. Social distancing at this place especially at billing and collection point is a JOKE!!

So you guys cheated customer by showing full cup of rice and sending half of it only..... Very disappointed and unsatisfied
