I was here at the kfc manikonda at 10.35 and when official closing time is 11pm the staff said they are closed for dine in and take away and open only for online orders. this is ridiculous and they want to make more money on online order with the prices doubled from the store on online orders. I told the staff I will have taken away but he was rude enough to say they don't serve anymore. I give 0 rating for this branch and worst rating for staff who was on duty on 9 feb 2025 as they cannot be rude to the customers. there is nothing to appreciate

Staff is not trained properly. I visited this Manikonda branch and ordered French fries for my kid along with other items. They served French fried which are not even warm. When I raised this issue what they have done is, they heated the same French fries using oven and gave it back to me. In UK and US they throw away the fries after 5 or 6 minutes because they loose crispy ness. The staff don’t even know basics. I have never experienced such thing, I still get shocked when I imagine what they have done.

This is worst for dining and online delivery too. I visited directly where they took 1 hour to give me a burger. Today I ordered via Zomato where they made me wait for 2 hours and finally told the restaurant is not picking up the call

I didn’t dine in. But had ordered over Zomato. Would rate any restaurant accepting the order and the money online and then cancelling it as 0. Atleast live upto to the price, if not the name.

Taste le ni food padayina food nu petti matho aadukuntara. Biryani very bad smell not today prepare food. Pack chese mundu kanisam smell ayina teliyada.

They always don’t have the meal boxes and they serve very slow and the staff is not friendly
