I ordered for two tandoori zinger burgers, the burgers that i received were not fresh the chicken was fully cooked and i gave clear instructions that i want burgers without onions but the instructions were not followed , the chicken was uncooked it was stinking , i have the picture where the chicken was uncooked , how can you serve raw food to customers we are not taking it for free we are paying for it we should be served good food isnt it ? Whole my money was wasted in such bad food. It was a horrible experience will give review on my social media about it.

The experience at KFC was extremely negative, surpassing any other negative experiences I've had. I placed an order for a 4-piece chicken meal and a Pepsi can at midnight. However, upon receiving the order, I found that the chicken was inedible as it was rotten and emitting a foul odor. Additionally, they had forgotten to include the Pepsi can that I had requested. I urge the KFC team to only accept orders if they are able to prepare them freshly and properly. I was greatly disappointed with both the quality of the food and the level of service provided.

I ordered a Rice Bowl Combo, but to my surprise, they sent a burger instead of the rice bowl. To make things worse, the chicken patty inside the burger had a bone in it, which is absolutely unacceptable for a burger! Not only was the order wrong, but the food was cold and tasted stale. The whole experience was a complete disappointment. It feels like this branch just doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. Do not order from KFC Mehdipatnam if you don’t want to be fooled and frustrated. Highly unprofessional service and poor food quality.

Very very cheap service they are providing to people I have booked order many times from Kfc mehdipatnam and I order veg biryani almost and they almost send biryani box not also half box quantity is very bad they are just eating public money and very bad of talking with customer they don’t no how to talk with customers also and they are very rude talking and very cheap taste they are providing useless fellow

hum kal order kare magar order pora nahi diyai tab hi help line ko call kare to bolrai call nahi uthare kfc mehdipatnam wale ab tak koi response nahi payment pora liyai food pora nahi diyai mang kar khana chori kiyo kare bad kfc I want refund nahi to mai consumer cout mai complain karogi

I order a meal from zomato n paid the payment online . But the delivery boy dint showed up when i call the delivery boy. He said the delivery is done. The delivery boy was lying n dint evn call me when he was near my home. Very bad zomato

Ordered Chicken cheese zinc burger and periperi wing's. There was no cheese in burber and wings without periperi. Got delivered late and without ketchup and tissues. No proper service.
