This Restaurant have missed my items in my recent order …and when I contacted customer support,the worst response I got from support(Surabhi) is as they are not able to contact restaurants as they have invalid number in app and they are trying to contact that ,what is the use of customer support if that is the option which they can contact as that is available for customer to contact restaurants directly and simply they just want to escape from issue ,she is playing super game with her senior suggestions in between. What is the use of customer care if they want to close issue within 5 mins of issue reporting without providing resolution to customers,simply saying my refund is not possible for missing item’s and copy pasting same message for the qstns whatever Iam asking .Iam not understanding Iam talking with bot or human ..why should I simply lose my money for someone else mistake..Worst customer support and worst restaurant.

Burgers were too salty and the chicken popcorn was missing its seasoning. Overall a very bad experience
