Service is unsatisfactory. It doesn't justify their over pricing. They keep fresh plates of salad with the soiled plates and left overs. The waiters must improve their serving skills. Food - The gravy of Butter chicken could have been thicker & sweeter and butter naans should be served hot.

I give 3 star ⭐️ rating instead of 1⭐️ only because I have visited this place many times in the past, have good experience. But I suggest not to go on weekdays and that too before Pongal. It’s cooking or ingredients that they used for veg biryani, we are suffering a lot. I don’t visit again in weekends.. I have attached bill for restaurant to review their food quality.

Worst food I ever tasted , veg Manchuria is so spicy ,it's like directly having a spoon of Chilli powder in mouth. VEG biryani is Worst only spice and no other tastes. Worst and unprofessional management. I think they charge amount for their staff dresses and show off ambience and doesn't treat customers good. Want to complain to fcai on the over spicy food as it has affected my parents as well

I had ordered boneless chicken biryani family pack but I had found bone in the biryani,moreover it was full of masala couldn't find plain biryani rice in it,salads were very little sent.

Too much long delivery time and by the time I received the food it was out of taste and full of steam watery inside the boxes. Quality and taste is not at all satisfied...

It’s so disappointing that Kinara grand is loosing it’s quality day by day. Ver bad quality food with half boiled vegetables. Most worst veg Biriyani served today.

I ordered kaju curry and specially gave cooking instruction use less oil but restaurant not follow and send full bucket of oil. Please follow the cooking instruction
