tried the french hot chocolate, it was good. Very fine experience for the price but the staff and executives need to understand that providing a good experience to the present customer is more important than attracting future customers, because if I had a good experience, word of mouth travels and I can bring my friends again.. I came alone to enjoy a hot chocolate, but the staff put up cameras without my permission and recorded my dish and another person came to me asking for byte on how the hot chocolate was... I politely declined, however I'm that kind of a person who likes to enjoy their beverage on silence... and not be bothered much... I'm sure there's a lot of people like me... so just leave the customer alone and maybe find other ways to promote your place

Disappointing experience, mainly because of how a very simple food request was handled. I ordered the Hawaiian pizza, which according to the menu comes with pineapple and sweet peppers. I specifically requested only pineapple and jalapeños as toppings — nothing else. The pizza first arrived with pineapple and sweet corn. I’m allergic to corn, so I pointed this out and again clearly explained that I only wanted pineapple and jalapeños. The staff offered to replace it. The replacement then arrived with capsicum. What should have been a very straightforward modification ended up involving multiple explanations and back-and-forth, and even after replacing the dish the request still wasn’t followed. More concerningly, the first mistake involved an ingredient I’m allergic to, so accuracy with custom orders really needs more attention. We also ordered an Orange Americano and an Espresso Tonic. The Orange Americano was just okay, while the Espresso Tonic was quite weak and lacked the coffee punch you’d expect. Overall, the experience was disappointing. The bigger issue wasn’t one incorrect pizza — mistakes happen — but getting the same simple request wrong even after the problem had been explicitly explained.

The food was terrible for the price. The Parmesan truffle fries seriously lacked flavour it was like basic fries. They really skimped on the taste. The chicken fajitas was equally disheartening, Mexican and Indian food are not the same yet their chicken tasted Indian. Their ravioli was thick and its only saving grace was its sauce. Overall really poor taste and quality because it got me and my husband terribly sick the next morning.

Terrible food. Half the menu is not available on weekends and literally they have not mentioned it anywhere. The food seemed old and not freshly prepared. Save yourself some misery
