Went to this cafe with my girlfriend today and I’m so glad we did! I had come across a few negative reviews online before visiting, which almost made us skip it, but we decided to give it a try anyway. Honestly, the experience was really good and nothing like what some of those reviews suggested. The food was fresh, tasty, and well-presented. We tried a few dishes and everything was flavorful and satisfying. The staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The ambience was cozy and pleasant — perfect for a relaxed date or casual hangout. Everything felt clean and well-maintained too. If you’re hesitating because of mixed reviews, I’d say go for it. We had a lovely time and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

After trying so many cafés in Hyderabad I found the one cold brew that topped all. I’ve been a repeat customer of their Kisscoff special cold brew - it’s just fantastic! Loved the food here too! Too bad I can’t have more of it as I’ve moved out of Hyderabad!

I walked in to the place coz it looked cute and cozy. The staff is so arrogant and is not bothered about serving. Half of the menu was missing - and when asked the staff was like ya, so what do want ? The furniture was so bad - the table was rocking coz of which my coffee spilled and the staff was least bothered to even help clean. They had the audacity to ask if i needed an another coffee instead of helping clean the table and walked off. And for this amazing service - these guys charged a service charge of 10%. Dear owner, if you cannot run a business- shut it, don’t ruin our day.

After watching all the reels i decided to visit the place and I had a terrible experience.. I ordered a 4 Cheese Pizza and a Nachos and being honest. The pizza was smelling Sooo Pungent that i was not able to keep the pizza even on my Table! When i complained about it so the chef said thats how the cheddar cheese smells! I mean really? The Nachos was soo Oily thats it had ruined the flavour of the add ons! For which The chef said that no thats what it is and it cant be bad.. i mean so m i lying? Not a customer centric Cafe! Terrible experience! Wont recommend! Go on your own Risk!!!!!

Here’s a sharper, more savage version: Visited on Sunday around 3 PM and had one of the worst service experiences. Called the waiter three times—she saw me and still chose to ignore me. When I complained, the response was “staff nahi hai” like that excuses basic customer service. Already paid for a water bottle but didn’t even get a chance to place an order because of the careless and unprofessional attitude. Walked out and went to Cafe Bestde instead—much better decision. If you can’t manage customers, don’t run a cafe.

no one was there on a sunday at the front desk or the lower seating area. order taker did not understand English fully and messed up my order. food arrived late. biscoff affogato arrived after food and my tea order did not arrive at all.i am appaled !
