Very very bad service. The moment food is done they get the bill without inquiring for dessert or any other order. They don’t clean the table when the customer is sitting down unless asked to. The order taker will never show his face after first appearance. The food comes so late that you have to inquire about it. Very unprofessional behaviour of the staff and careless. The manager seemed talking so loud the the whole restaurant can hear. He looked unprofessionally dressed and behaving. Overall bad experience at this place. Not sure if it’s their usual behaviour or their culture is like that but that’s not acceptable anywhere.

We ordered chicken dum biryani from zomato and we have seen wire in it while feeding my 7yrs old kid. This is not acceptable at all. Quality providing for the cost is not at all matching and am attaching the proofs related to the same. Please be careful while feeding kids or eating ur self food from this restaurant. It might take life if your loved one’s. This is a genuine review from the problem I faced on July 10th 2021. If any one need more details please reach out to me

I have ordered chicken boneless biryani and must say it was the worst biryani i ever ate, along with some rice there were few chicken pieces with no masala. When you are charging such high prices then food quality should also be good. I am not sure but looks like a trend these days that food served in dine in always differs when we order through parcel mainly because we cannot ask them to change if it does not meet expectations.

Today on Ugadi not able to find anything special. It’s a full fledged Non Veg Restaurant and No special offerings to Vegetarians. Last 2 years Ugadi there used to be special, but not this year. 30 kms travel to Kodi Kura left a bad taste 3rd time in a row in last 4 months for having a food on Sunday

Food quality is horrible here and staff behaviour is very rude. They are not even ready to listen or accept their mistakes. Even after knowing their fault, they made us pay the bill even though we didn’t anything. Worst restaurant

Staff is very unprofessional and food is average with high cost.... Ordered mirchi kodi vepudu they served chicken manchuria... Very bad experience... Not recommended...

The service was very poor.Had order the biryani twice but yet it took them 1 hour to bring the dish. AC was also not working and staff were rude .
