We had a fantastic time at Koi & Co.! The Garlic Fried Rice was just okay—it had a mild flavour and surprisingly lacked a noticeable garlic taste, which was a bit confusing. The Veg Manchurian (dry), however, had a great crispy texture with a lovely tangy-spicy sauce, and the Manchow Soup was piping hot, comforting, and full of flavour—exactly what you want on a cozy evening. The Salted Lemon Soda was refreshing and the perfect drink to balance the meal. The little ones were equally happy with the Salted Fries—they were crispy and well-seasoned. However, the Margherita Puff Pizza wasn’t a hit with them, as they found it a bit too sweet. The food came out promptly, the staff were warm and attentive, and the ambience made for a really enjoyable evening. I’d recommend it for a family outing—we’ll definitely be back to try some more items.

I loved the ambience and lively vibe of this place. It's open, spacious, has water with lots of big fish swimming, and has tv screens to watch the IPL matches! The menu has continental, north indian, chinese and south indian. We ordered strawberry punch and caramel cold coffee. Both were really nice and refreshing. We then ordered margerita pizza which was tasty. Desserts are limited so we ordered tiramisu which was average. You can go to enjoy the vibe and atmosphere.

Overpriced Avg quality food. Nothing great or out of the box and Bad service. No one attended our table unless they were called twice or thrice. We asked for normal drinking water but still we were only given bottled water which is again priced high. Better branded and quality bottled water is available in the market for Rs.15 here they are charging 2-3 times more than that. The draught beer we ordered was pathetic, never tasted such bad draught beer ever

Disappointed on Every Front Visited Koi and Co at Sainikpuri recently and it was a frustrating experience from start to finish. Zomato Table Booking is a SCAM ..Paid ₹60 to reserve a table in advance and when we arrived, our table wasn’t reserved at all. Complete waste of money. Avoid booking via Zomato. Misleading Discount…The app shows 10% off when you pay via Zomato, but at billing time they tell you it’s actually a cashback on your NEXT bill, not an instant discount. Very misleading and feels deliberately deceptive. Forced Service Charge, They added a service charge to the bill and flat out refused to remove it when we requested. This is against consumer rights and extremely unprofessional. Rude & Inattentive Staff, The waiter didn’t come to take our order. When we needed a menu, instead of handing one over, he just pointed at a QR code and told us to scan and order ourselves through the same app he then took 30 minutes to approve. Absolutely unacceptable service, especially for a place this crowded. Average Food, Premium Pricing . The food quality is mediocre at best. The ambience and dishes simply do not justify the prices. Highly overhyped. Overall: Poor service, misleading offers, forced charges, and average food. Save your time and money there are far better options in Sainikpuri.

1. Claimed by the manager of the restaurant, that the restaurant is not associated with "District" by any means. So it is not worth to book the table through the app. I paid 250 for the table and was had to pay full price for the food (250 not deducted). and the wait time is still 1hr. however, i was refunded 250 rupess from district after complaining it to the district. 2. the servers were good. food was decent. i dont expect the price to be low due to prime place and its popularity. The given star is only for the server. The manager was rude. we told him that we need a table for 5 . he told us it is impossible to get it now u have to wait for an hour. and through the district app we had boojed the table. He then told the u should have come early. we then told we were on time and are waiting for past 20 min. He adsumed we were lying. I mean there are many people who had seen us, and were making arrangements, but he appeared from no where and told this.

*Overpriced, Poor Quality, and Even Poorer Service* We visited Koi & Co expecting a high-end experience given the menu pricing, but were left deeply disappointed. While the drinks were fine, the food was mediocre at best—and the service was shocking. The Veg Tempura was inedible: dripping with oil and encased in a heavy, thick batter. When we raised this with the staff, the chef’s response was dismissive, arguing that 'deep-fried food is supposed to be that way.' Even after we demonstrated how much oil was trapped in the fritters, he simply took the dish away and never returned—only for us to find it still included on our final bill. To be charged for a poorly prepared dish that was sent back is unacceptable. If you value quality food and professional service, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

I booked on Zomato because you said we will have 10 percent off, now when I have to pay the bill, app says that we can redeem next time. That too it twill expire within 5 days. If i had known before i wouldn't have used it. Well now I wont use it further.
