This used to be our go to place for Bengali food in Hyderabad. We used to go here every weekend to have Bengali food. They offer great Bengali food and very cheap rates and you will usually have a great homely lunch in 100-150 rupees. I specifically loved the Dhokar Dalna and Chholar Dal from this place. Also , the Egg Bhurji is amazing ! ❤️ Definitely try this place out if you are in Hyderabad and craving for Ma-er hat er khawar 💓. Behtki curry was lip smacking, a must try luchi and muttonnkosha, I am a regular visitor of kolkata house which is just beside this hotel, Wanted to try something new and discovered this by accident....the quantity,quality and tase is 10 times better than kolkata house Guess what it is also 20% less in cost...a must try for all bengali food lovers Bengali aloo chicken biryani was also good however they did not mix kewra water,rose water and mitha ithra in it...this would have tastef much better...my feedback please work on this Sweet is good however does not have much spread

Ordered food from here. Timely delivery. Liked the food of this place . Tandoori chicken , chicken kosha , fish cutlet , prawn biryani were delicious .

Truly Kolkata! The taste just resembles the City of Joy. Sea food(Fish mostly) tastes just right like Bengali style. Happy experience with this outlet!

Today I went for dining at Kolkata Food Plaza in Kondapur, Hyderabad. Frankly speaking the restaurant is really cheap and pocket friendly restaurant. This restaurant serves Bengali food that we get in Kolkata. Food presentation of this restaurant is really Good Date : 2nd December 2020 Tried out Kolkata Food Plaza's Aloo egg Chicken Biriyani which was very yummilicious. They serve you curd along with the Biriyani, 2 pieces of chickens and 1 potatoe and 1 boiled egg. It has a mixed taste of both Kolkata and Hyderabad's Biriyani. Overall the Biriyani was really good and tasty and as I went early morning so they served me hot Biriyani which they prepared.

Pathetic. Please close your business or whatever you guys are doing. Basanti polao was just like a normal rice with yellow colour. Mutton was horrible, they provided only the skin of the mutton but not the proper piece. Provided was with the stale Bhetki Bhapa. Chanar Jelebi was too fried. And Rosogollo they gave us was from some other planet, atleast I can say it is not from usual Kolkata style. Thank you for the worst food. Please don't go there by looking into the affordable price. Each items are worth 10 rs.

I have never been so disappointed in a simple meal. We ordered the 'Special Veg thali' and Chicken Kossa thali. I have never wasted chicken IN MY LIFE. Had to leave the thalis and go. Do visit the restaurant if you're feeling too happy in life, you'll come back to normalcy thanks to the depressing food. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews. Use your education wisely!!!

what a waste! Went there without reading the reviews and wasted money. The taste of every item was horrible and the quality is very cheap including the quality of meat and rice they use.. Even the sweets are horrible. Please charge more but have decent quality

service is the worst here... had to wait for more than half an hour and still did not get the food served which was a simple 1 plate luchi and aloo bhurji... pathetic food service..

Totally horrible experience in terms of food quality and behavior of the staff. the manager does not let the customers speak with the owner also. totally 3rd class restaurant.
