Previous visits provided better taste. Gradually the taste related to starters and biryanis are not matching .Mango malai and mango desserts are the best ones.

seriously Over Hyped place. I visited with my family and service was not prompt, I had to look around for waiter everytime you wanted something ( just like in some Irani cafes) The so called restaurant special dishes were served Luke warm instead of Hot. Taste wasn't upto the mark either. Highlight of the day was when we asked the waiter to rfill our water bottle and he handed over the job to a Janitor who was sweeping the floor. unforgivable hygiene standards. Not recommended

Nalli ghost biriyani is not good. We did a zomato booking for 1:30pm, we reached there around 1:15pm. We waited for around 45-50min. Ended up with disappointment. We tried their ghost pulao previously which was superb. So went with an expectation, but was not at all worth the hype. Just an average biriyani with a small pc of ghost. Added with mutton keema on the top.

I have ordered pachimirchi Kodi pulov B/L and in the pulov got only 4 pieces and that too small in size. Not even in the normal restaurant also they give at lease 5 pieces and even in the well maintained restaurant also gives min 5 pieces with good size, but this is a worst I have had till now as per the chicken quantity in the pulov.

Worst Service ever. There was no one to attend the table. Took 20 mins to take order, there were no folks/spoons when food came for which we’d to wait again, took atleast 15 mins to get the bill. We got tired calling waiters but no one was listening. Food was okay, but phulkas were so hard at the corner.

We waited four hours just to get a table (booked at 1pm, seated at 5pm) they are completely understaffed. The tables were dirty, we had to beg for spoons and tissues, and the food wasn't even good. A total waste of time and money
