if the crowd/customers are increasing then the behaviour of the staff or Waiter changes like they are in respectful and dishonouring the people who are already eating so that they can leave fast

Very disappointing experience. I visited last night because I was craving some good biryani and starters, but I was extremely disappointed with both the taste and the quality of the food. The food used to be amazing a few years ago, but I honestly don’t know what happened now. If you’re a vegetarian, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. It seems to cater much better to non-vegetarian dishes. What made the experience even worse was the staff’s rude behavior. I requested them to make my food spicy, and instead of accommodating the request, they simply said, “It’s already prepared. If you want, we can give you fried green chillies.” Seriously? That was such an unprofessional response. When I asked them to exchange the dish, they were unwilling to do so until I had to raise my voice. Overall, the food quality has gone downhill, and the customer service was disappointing. Definitely not the experience I was expecting.

worst...found hair in food,chicken was so bad...they have mixed other non veg not sure what it was...so traumatized..least expected from krishnapatnam to give such service for the premium price they charge

Food not good especially their military mutton pulao which is their signature dish and very bland, and their special kingfisher ultra beer is not chilied available
