Chicken tikka biryani was one of the best dish which I had... I used to say everything was just awesome... Good quality of food with enough quantity. They provide fresh and good quality of food.........

questioned him about the misleading location/name displayed on Swiggy, he said that it was not his mistake. This is the second time I have had a bad experience because of this restaurant being displayed as Krutunga. Previously, when I searched for Krutunga near me, this same restaurant appeared in the results on google. On that occasion as well, the cleanliness and service were very poor, although I cannot say whether that was specific to that particular day. Customers should be able to clearly identify whether they are ordering from the original Krutunga restaurant or another establishment using a similar name. Swiggy should also verify such listings carefully to avoid misleading customers. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing, particularly because I ordered believing that this was the genuine Krutunga in Kothapet. and the oversmart answer from the restaurant manager.

worst experience ever in this restaurant , just chicken wings with corn flour and pepper worth Rs.250/- and the staff don't even care about the customer words and they will just say *The restaurant format is like this only* and there is no one to complain about the food. Worst restaurant ever I have went.

"I had a very bad experience at Kritunga Restaurant, Nagole branch. The food was spoiled, full of a bad smell, and not fit to eat. I had to throw it away. They are not maintaining proper quality, and it does not seem like the original Kritunga brand. Highly disappointing!"

worst experience at kritunga Nagole, guys the management is changed and now the food and management are too bad ordered natu kodi pulusu but got some red meat and plates were not cleaned properly and taste was also too bad . don't go by looking 4+ stars rating

ordered a regular mutton biryani it was worst experience. they are serving just 7-8 small boned pieces in the pack of regular paid 420 in total. never go by this restaurant..
