Ordered chicken dum biryani. Service was quick, biryani was yummy and quantity was enough. The ambience was relaxing with soft music. Gaurav and Bikas made sure we had a comfortable and good experience.

We had a huge issue with the staff at the counter who was rude and pathetic . We ordered boneless gongura pulao , he punched it as spl chicken pulao , after lot of fighting he told us he will replace and wait for 20 mins , then again when we went he gave a biryani then . We asked him again that why he’s not giving us pulao , so he orders the kitchen saying , fry the biryani on pan and give them . We told him if he has to act so pathetically to offer a refund , so again he shouts and says throw the biryani in the dust bin . We had super unpleasant experience , the guy at the counter looks like he just wants to fight . And he always punches the wrong order . Same order we asked thumsup he punched is at water first . Never buying gain from here .

I ordered for Bagara rice with mutton Pulusu but they bluffed us I got Bagara rice with some other mutton curry... I am very Hury hence I had it with out arguing with the restaurant team.. It's really bad. And I got hair in the curry as well. Highly not recommend

Extremely bad hygiene. We got a cockroach in our food. The management was also continuing to sell despite us complaining.

qunatity of rayta and rassa was very less with biryani. they deliberately serves less rassa.
