My Humble Humble request is to visit the place first before your booking.. I know you never listen to my words and you will book this. Because the ratings are very positive... I still list my words and please go through them before booking.. Let me explain what were the issues that I have faced... 1.Entry was like, we don't know whether we really enter the hotel or going for robbery. Because they haven't opened the main door, we need to go from a small door. 2. They asked me to sit in one room(hall). Which is not cleaned,no AC even no fan.(That is welcome). 3. I have booked a terrace with candle light veg dinner. They have given me a ground cupula. They shocked  me that there was no South Indian food and one 2 items like veg fried and veg noodles. 😱 4. Mosquitoes are flying like anything.. lack of cleaning and maintenance 5.They asked me to order food from outside with extra charges 6. They ask me to serve ourselves. 7. The air conditioner was damaged. 8. My package includes 2 Starters,1 maincours,1 delight. But, only one starter is served and asked me to order it from outside if we require any other starter or main course.. Believe me this happened and also attaching the respective photos and invoice from Zomato. 9. Includes photo session  and promised that the camera man is with us for 30 mins or at least 50 photos... Believe me he is with us for not more than 10 mins. 10. I have planned this to surprise my wife on my wedding Anniversary. But, I am surprised to see all the above.. 11. Please if you really planned to go here.. please change your decision or at least go and visit the place before you book..

Hello! I’m Yug Agarwal, and we had a reservation yesterday for a table at LaCupula. Even after paying *6K* , there was no service at all. I had reserved in January itself, and was told that there will be seperate table and a person with us to assist. We were waiting for more than an hour but didn’t get a table. The one table that was emptied, was stinking. There were chicken pieces all around the table. Being a vegetarian you understand this is not the environment we want. We were promised a good experience by your team over the call, sent lavish decor n food pics, but the reality was opposite. Ruined my day and my date, all thanks to LaCupula and team. Worst management ever. Not even answering our calls. And the manager didn’t even come out even after so many of us called. Serving in disposable plates as if it’s some free service. Completely unacceptable. Kindly REFUND our amount or we’ll have to share your service images to the customer care and complain against your cafe.

La Cúpula is a complete scam! I booked the MAGNUM PACKAGE for ₹14,000 for 30th Dec 2024 (12 PM–2 PM slot) and received confirmation. However, when my friends and I arrived on time, the venue was completely closed. Despite calling all the provided numbers multiple times, no one answered or helped. The manager later apologized and offered a rebooking for 1st Jan 2025 (6 PM), promising complimentary perks. I even visited their Jubilee Hills branch to finalize the arrangements, but on 1st Jan, the same thing happened — the venue was closed, and all their numbers were unreachable. This is outright fraud! They took my money, wasted my time, and humiliated me and my friends who traveled across Hyderabad twice. They are not answering calls or replying to messages. Do NOT trust this place. They are scamsters running a fraudulent operation. I demand a full refund of ₹14,000 immediately and a formal apology for this horrible experience.

This place is a scam! No vibe, no atmosphere just some balloons which you can also put in your house. I was speaking to muskaan till the earlier day she shared some more numbers to be contacted upon on the day of celebration but no one is available in person or on phone. When I reached, there was water everywhere even inside the dome and one artificial flower pot on table with some balloons! That's it. They take 5k but their presentation is not even worthy of 500 Rs. I had celebrated my daughter's first birthday in Jubilee hills branch and that was a total banger ( nice vibe, a reception with manager, lovely looking domes with good music and good food) but this nallangandla branch should get closed. It was cheap, disgusting and embarrassing for me. I feel bad for my friend who came from Canada to witness an experience like this!

"THE WORST" Their staff, their help desk, their service. We booked from another app for the new year event around 20 days prior and when we arrived at LA cupula jubilee hills and nobody was there no party,nothing. when we enquired their staff had no clue that this party was suppose to happen tonight. Then they called one lady she gave information that this event was canceled and I was not even notified about it. She gave me a contact which again were saying we will get the refund. we haven't got the refund yet and there is no proper communication. Their service is pathetic by reviewing I can say everything they serve is pathetic too. This place shouldn't even deserve to be on Zomato or on any other app. LA cupula people are highly unprofessional and unethical to be running a business like this.

They hired our photographers made them work for extra hours and owe us money for two months , it gets better ! They still have our camera which costs over a lakh of rupees , which they took from one of our photographers - and whenever we reach out to them they say they will get back almost never do ! Unprofessional to the core -

most horrible service. won't give what they promise. post payment you cannot do anything. worst food. ambience not as soon. so many mosquitoes. they don't do anything on time. they just want to sell their idea and once we have paid them, god save the event!

It’s the worst place ever never visit not worth the money that they take they don’t give any service properly they take the entire money in advance and give no service at all your day will get ruined if you go there please don’t go

Pathetic service pathetic hygiene! Kittens roaming around the tables for food! They promise you things which they never deliver! The staff says they are also frustrated with the job! Plz visit only if you wish to spoil your occasion!

Very disappointed with the food.. while booking they gave a full list of nice menu.. but in realty they serve nothing .. no options for veg.. would not suggest this place for food purpose
