The cakes are just perfect. The texture is on point, Melts in your mouth. The best cakes I’ve had in a long time. I had the honey chocolate loaf cake recently. The level of sweetness had a very nice balance. Loved it!

Ordered Blueberry Cheesecake and it was one of the best I have ever had! Definitely a recommend for cheesecake. They should provide knife as well specially its pain to find one outside if you’re buying cake here.

The Quality of the Cakes, the ingredients, the presentation and everything is top notch. The Taste is sinfully good. IF I have to sum it up in just one word, I would have to Say..... "Wow!!!"

Absolutely love their cakes and brownies. In all my visit to hyderabad I have made sure of getting boxes of brownies from here. The chocolate & red velvets are a must try!

Best cookie and cakes. Properly made fudge cookies and the cake there so moist and delicious . A must try for everyone one. Only con is they don’t deliver online.

Absolutely amazing taste and lovely packing . offcourse bit expensive but it is worth every penny . Service wise I am not happy as found staff to be rude. No dine in, only take out , interior is beautiful My personal favourites are brownies , assorted cookies and tea cake .. Not a big fan of cream cake as its very sweet and loaded with cream.

After reading through the rave reviews of this place, especially about their cup cakes we decided to try them out and purchased a box of 15 assorted cup cakes that had 3 pcs each of 5 variants. The box costed a whopping Rs. 1200/-. Store: From a 'premium' image bakery, they seemed to have everything under wraps in a closed refrigerator with only samples of certain cakes dissected into small pieces kept in a plates with glass lid. Unlike certain other popular premium bakeries, they had absolutely nothing on display to even entice the sight. Nevertheless, we asked for cupcakes and we were presented with a box of 15 cupcakes and were told that was the only size available. The box and the packaging was quite good and at the first look even the portion size looked good. Upon unboxing at home and pulling out the first cupcake we realised they were tiny cup cakes that were smaller than the ones we get pre-packed in super markets. Each cup cake weighed 25 gms (or less) implying the net weight of all around 375 gms max for the price mentioned above. As far as the taste goes, nothing outlandish to say the least but certainly not bad either. The ones with white icing were extra sweet but the coffee variant was the best of the lot. Despite paying a bomb, I neither got the quality I expected nor the quantity I deserved. Needless to mention if I'd ever return to this place or not.

Overrated and overpriced. After hearing wonderful things about Labonel, I purchased the classic chocolate cake for my husband's birthday. The cake was underwhelming. It seemed that the batter wasn't seived properly and I could taste the baking soda in the cake. It was dry and could have been more moist. I would expect to eat this at a mediocre bakery, but certainly not at Labonel. Disappointed. Definitely not worth the money.

One star is not for the cup cakes nor brownie, they have the best in town but for the service . The lady at the counter did not even bother to respond. They just respond to customers who come in car or may be well dressed . She did not even bother to answer for wat I asked this was not the case an year ago the same I have experienced in jubilee hill outlet as weel .you guys have to learn how to respect customer irrespective who ever they are .

What was once a pride in hyd is now overpriced garbage it’s almost as if it was sold to someone who then expanded to multiple branches in different cities cut costs changed recipes lowered standards in order to make back money cuz it’s barely recognisable any more. Disappointing
