⭐ 1/5 — NEVER AGAIN. Extremely Disappointing & Overpriced! One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Left the place feeling angry, disappointed and honestly wondering why I wasted my money here. 🚨 10% SERVICE CHARGE — WATCH YOUR BILL! The biggest shock was the 10% service charge. Nobody clearly informed us about it when we scanned the QR menu or placed the order. We discovered it only when the bill arrived. When questioned, we were told it was mentioned somewhere in the online menu. Even more frustrating: we were told the charge could be removed when paying directly by cash/debit/credit card, but if paying through an app like District with a discount, they wouldn't remove it because “you are already getting a discount.” This kind of billing policy should be made crystal clear before customers order, not revealed when the bill arrives. 🍹 Spicy Gaurav Cocktail — AWFUL This was practically chilli powder in a glass. Completely unbalanced and almost undrinkable.

Today was the worst experience we had at Lake District. service was poor and the staff was very rude. Quality of food was bad and quantity was very less. Water bottle cost is 100 bucks I think it’s insane. When asked for normal water they said they don’t serve normal water.

They are forcing for service charges if we book through Zomato and other third party apps if we paying normal gpay or phone pay they removing or else they making it compulsory.

Very bad behaviour by employees when we asked them to remove service tax as we are not obliged to pay it . They made us pay the tax by forcing us
