servers are not at all interested in working seems like someone is forcing them for work. They forget to place my order and then later on giving explanation that if we will place order all together then all food will served together at a time but this reason is mentioned for maincourse order but the best part is after getting our pizza for our starter there is a gap for 30 min nd they forget to serve our drinks and then atlast they are forcing us for paying service charge and to force for paying service charge 3-4 servers came together to our table but for serving nd taking order and following up for order no body came . when I mentioned u didn't provide me my food order nd drinks order then for what I will pay service charge then there explanation is it's compulsory to pay service charge if you are not paying through Cash or card . I think they are not aware that telangana govt. has clearly mentioned that service charge is illegal nd they can't force Customer to pay that. when we told okay give in written that it's compulsory to pay them they are denying we won't write if you want to file a complaint you can go nd complaint .worst experience

The food is very average for the cost. Even though the location is beside the lake, the smell just kills the mood. The crowd was not great either, more specifically an unruly bachelors den. The service was worst to top it all, we were asked to vacate a table after being served food because somebody offered to pay more for the same table. Definitely not a place for people looking to a have a nice evening by the lake. Overall, please avoid this place.

The food was so oily inedible We ordered their best seller crispy corn and could not have more than one piece wasted all, soup was so spicy couldn’t finish that too- we ordered their best thier hot and sour soup , Waiters were rude and asked to pay in cash instead of the district app when we asked them to remove the optional service charge. A bad first day in Hyderabad to be honest Only good thing was the band playing

food tastes very avg, they are charging service charge though the govt says optional. many basic foods are not available drinks are of the worst quality Insisting to pay service charge though we insisted to remove

when you book via district app they are compulsorily charging service charges. And would not subtract it even if you argue. Looks like nobody respect law here and only consumers are suffering from all illegalities.
