"5/5 stars! I recently visited Lala's Cafe in Hyderabad and had an amazing dining experience! The staff, especially Dinesh, were incredibly friendly and attentive. They made sure we felt welcome and taken care of throughout our meal. The food was absolutely delicious! We ordered the fish and chips, grilled chicken, and I must say, both dishes exceeded our expectations. The fish was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, while the grilled chicken was juicy and full of flavor. But what really stole the show was the cranberry cold brew espresso - it was love at first sip! The perfect blend of flavors and a great pick-me-up. Kudos to Dinesh and the entire team at Lala's Cafe for a fantastic experience. We can't wait to come back and try more of your delicious offerings! Highly recommend this cafe to anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a cozy atmosphere."

Visited this place for dinner but was utterly disappointed with the cleanliness of this place and the waiters were least interested to come take the order or clean the table. Outdoors had lot of mosquitoes so we wanted to sit inside only to find the place not cleaned inside. Would not recommend this for the cleanliness. We canceled our placed order and a table behind us as well returned their food.

Earlier i used to visit this place a lot , the vibes , service and staff everything was good but this place has changed a lot now , and by change i mean not in a good way . I ordered veg pesto sandwich in which there were chicken pieces and this happened with me for the second time . Earlier this was handled by Ms. Prabha ( female owner ) who handled this complaint wonderfully , but this time there was this other owner who was really rude had no manner how to talk to guest and was least bothered about any guest complaint. Really the place has turned pathetic , service has deteriorated and one of the owner just don’t give a damn about his guest or complaints . Would really suggest not to go to this place if you don’t want to spoil your precious time .

They are charging 30/– for a MRP WATER BOTTLE OF 10/-, After paying the bill, Just as curious posted a question to the owner of the place about it and her response was absolute arrogant. Disgraceful behaviour from the so called owner; like a plethora of cafes flushed down the toilet, hope this gets too. Oh! The food was an absolute shit. Like the owner’s behavior. Thu.

worst cafe they don't have most of the items from food menu sugar less coffee is with sugar coffee They don't give the proper bill and the attitude of the owner and the staff is pathetic
