I had ordered a frappe and a cappuccino, but by mistake, I ended up placing an extra order for another cappuccino. When the order arrived and I noticed the mistake, I asked if I could return one and get a refund. They were really kind and processed it right away! The food is great, and the ambience is absolutely lovely — cozy, cute, and very inviting. Getting a table can be a bit tricky since it’s usually busy, but you can just call in advance and reserve one. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

The food and beverages are exceptionally bad for the price. The only good thing about the place is the ambience. Never going back for the food atleast.

I’ve told so many people about this place based on my previous experience. But today, was made to wait for an hour for a basic breakfast of omelette, toast and coffee. And with no explanation, and no apology. After asking several times, one person said it’s a tech issue, later another said they were not expecting so many guests (there were just a few btw!) The plates finally came one by one for our group of 4, with 15 mins between each. And seemed like they ran out of toast, since we got pieces of a slice. The payment is taken at the start, so we couldn’t walk out. Sad that my previous good impression was spoilt this time.

I visited this cafe hoping to enjoy a coffee frappe. I specifically requested the staff, and personally spoke to the steward, AKIB, to ensure my coffee would have a stronger coffee content. Unfortunately, the coffee served fell short of expectations..it was noticeably weak, with much less coffee than requested, serving wid poor standards

The staff lady at desk today was rude and unprofessional, I was talking to her to take my name as there is waiting, there’s another customer who is cutting the line and the lady at desk was taking her and laughing when I asked how could u let someone cut the line. I was there first. Very unprofessional

The food was below average and the staff was not at all courteous. The chocolate frappe was overly sweet and Mediterranean platter tasted nothing like it. When I asked them to add coffee in my frappe so that it becomes less swee, they refused to do it.

The food was delayed for an hour and a half. When the food was delivered the fish was not cooked properly and made most of the group sick.
