The staff are very friendly and welcoming — Akhil, in particular, makes the experience even more enjoyable with his warm service.

Absolutely — here’s a more natural, balanced Google-review style version: The place has a beautiful ambience, especially in the evenings, and is definitely worth visiting for the atmosphere. The coffee was really good and probably the highlight for me. However, the menu felt quite limited, particularly for vegetarians. There were very few vegetarian options, and when it came to desserts, the only vegetarian option available was chocolate waffles. The place also tends to get extremely crowded, especially on weekends. There can be waiting times of up to 1.5 hours, so it’s better to plan accordingly. Overall, a beautiful place with good coffee and a lovely evening vibe, but the limited menu and long waiting times are definitely something to keep in mind.

I visited this cafe twice in the same week, and honestly, the only reason I came back was because of the beautiful ambience and the stunning lake view. Unfortunately, my experience with the service was disappointing on both visits. During my first visit, the staff member taking our order was quite impatient and rude. While making the payment, our card’s tap function wasn’t working properly, and instead of being understanding, he seemed visibly irritated and kept making frustrated sounds, even though there was no one waiting behind us. He also recommended a pasta that turned out to be quite disappointing. On my second visit, the service experience was no better. The receptionist provided us with a table and we had to wait around 10–15 minutes. While waiting for a table is understandable, the attitude was not. We had to ask for water multiple times before it was finally served. Later, when I went to place an order, the same receptionist informed me that order reception was closed for the next 20 minutes. While that is completely fine, the information could have been communicated in a much more polite and customer-friendly manner. The ambience and lake view make this place worth visiting, but the food and especially the service need significant improvement. A cafe with such a great location should offer a much better hospitality experience.

Too overhyped, that's it! if you go to just sit and chat, it still is okay, but not if you're going for an experience. The staff there doesn't even smile, they sound and look so reluctant. not even served water on the table. even when confirmed while ordering that chocolate powder is not used for hot chocolate, I was served cadbury chocolate powder drink in the name of hot chocolate. Food was only served on a platter, no plates or cutleries provided. Flies around. The staff wasn't even approachable so I could ask.

I was waiting in line but the cashier chose to ignore my patience and still asked me to wait while first taking the order from those 2 people who cut the line. Am I mad to wait? Will I be given preference if I just walk over to the counter without any decency for the people waiting in line? His name- Imran. The explanation I was given is that they came for a repeat order.

very disappointing overall, except for the lake view. Very poorly managed by a bunch who are not well trained in the hospitality and food service at all. and the food was very ordinary too

The food was delayed for an hour and a half. When the food was delivered the fish was not cooked properly and made most of the group sick.
