Worst possible experience from Little Italy so far. I've been to Kokapet Little Italy multiple times and I always had a great experience. At the Hitech City Little Italy, I couldn't decide what was worse, the food or their service. We ordered the main course 20mins after ordering the starters and 10mins later, the main course was brought before the starters came. Lasagna was brought cold. When asked for the starters, they got one of them, and asked for more time for the second. Minestrone soup was simple broth with a few boiled vegetables and no taste. The topping is the serving staff. Each time we needed something we had to wait for someone to walk across the restaurant so we could holler or frantically wave etc for attention. When I asked the waiter who brought the main course about the starters order, he simply went back, kept the food somewhere and started cleaning up another table. I never experienced such indifferent behaviour from a restaurant staff.

Oh, what is used to be and what is has become! An absolute disappointment for a fine dine experience. Poor food, slow service and to top it all, a hair in pasta. Though they replaced the dish, not even a sorry from the chef/ waiters. And, they might be the only Italian place that don't serve bread with Pasta. At least get the basics right before charging like a fine dine.
