Nice outdoors better to go with items as per waiter recommendations than trying your luck.Cocktails were good and cozy outdoors ,little restricted menu.Service is ok and can be tried once in a while.

Such an L place. Extremely disappointing experience at the place. We went in intending to order a bottle and have a good evening, but were informed that only their most expensive bottles were available even though several other options were clearly listed on the menu. When we politely asked about the listed options, we were told those weren’t “available tonight.” We were also informed that a 10% service charge was compulsory, which, as per government regulations, is not legal to enforce yet we still agreed to it to avoid any unpleasantness. However, the staff’s attitude made the experience worse. The waiter was dismissive and rude, and when we decided to leave quietly, the manager actually came running after us to ask why only to turn around and walk off mid-conversation when we explained the situation. No apology, no professionalism. We’ve been to plenty of premium places across the city, but this kind of treatment was unacceptable. A place that markets itself as “exclusive” should at least know how to treat paying customers with basic courtesy and transparency.

UTTER DISAPPOINTMENT – Lord of the Drinks, Hyderabad This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I've had in Hyderabad. I walked into Lord of the Drinks expecting a good time — instead, I left frustrated, disappointed, and honestly, a little angry. The staff was shockingly rude, treating guests with zero courtesy or professionalism. The service? Beyond pathetic — slow, careless, and completely indifferent. The music and food were painfully average, offering nothing that justifies the hype. And the prices? Outrageously high for what you get. You're basically paying premium rates for a subpar experience across the board. I usually don’t write such detailed reviews, but this experience left such a bad taste that I had to speak up. Lord of the Drinks seriously needs to re-evaluate how it treats its customers — because right now, it's all style and no substance.

Pathetic Service - 25% OFF on the bill was shown but at the time of payment it didn't apply.. We Paid for the cover charges .. why did you show the offer and end of the day ot wasn't given.. Such Worst Service

Pathetic service. Forcefully took service charge. Did not let us pay through zomato.
