I have ordered chicken biryani, Schezwan fried rice and one shawarma...with extra chicken piece but I haven't received shawarma ... We have tried calling the restaurant,but no response,even no response when we have raised complaint through Zomato,there was only one word from the customer care of Zomato that we are sorry ,there is no response from the restaurant so we can't take forward the complaint this is the negligence of the restaurant in sending the order there is no loos to the restaurant and Zomato but ultimate this is a loss for only and only customers
