I went to this place few months ago we went for live band or music but unfortunately there is no availability when we visited there was Bollywood DJ night was happened we have enjoyed with music on weekend food was Good but don’t expect quantity the recieving was good its an best experience as a first timw can try once.

Poor service ,rude staff despite this was harassed and followed to pay service charge and tip. The server literally wouldn’t leave me alone till i tipped him after harassment and denial to receive payment on District even though i had a booking also they are charging service charge without consent and are being shady about it by not providing you with a physical bill copy when you request for it instead, they will show you a mobile screen and be like this is the amount and you have to pay and they don’t remove service charge until unless you request like a lot of times. I never go out of my way the right reviews, but this was a terrible terrible experience. Imagine you’re not able to enjoy because you’re being harassed by your waiter and being followed everywhere. So you tip him only then you can enjoy pure harassment.

Pathetic service. Planned a event at luft. The staff refused to serve starters to the guests just because they arrived late. They said service for starters in that particular package is over. We asked them to get fresh starters and they can charge separately for that despite taking a package from them. Still they refused to serve. It was extremely embarrassing for us as we weren’t able to serve food to the guests. Hence pathetic service, rude staff, not worth the amount we are paying. Not recommended at all 👎

As we were about to enter the place a weird person probably the manager or someone from the front desk was weirdly rude to us for no reason, and questioned our reservation when we already informed we already have people inside even then he behaved so bad, also being a Saturday the place wasnt even full at 10:30 in Hyderabad, you should be welcoming to the people coming and not be unreasonably rude! Definitely never going back, would have not even gone this time too but as it was a friend’s birthday we had to!

worth place to go , i had a whole corporate team and the entry was denied for whole 30 members and staff was very rude , and when we managed to get in got overcharged saying weekend prices are different than regular , shittest club never go there guys! , they over charge u according to the way u dress and the people u come with, i payed 26000 just for 2 bottles

Pathetic pathetic service. What’s the point of having a nice vibe when the staff is so snobbish? Like owner like staff. We hosted a party of 50 members. Doing the head count was the only perfect job done by the staff. If there was a lesser rating than 1 star i would have given that.

Very rude management, if the owner himself is that way then think of the managers , service boys and especially bouncerss.. TOTAL CRAPPPPPPP. I would only recommend to people to go if they want to get humiliated by spending thousands of rupees

The DJ over here is worse.. On a Sunday night we came here to dance and the songs being played are sad and emotional. Worst experience ever.

pathetic place..it's not a pub basically it's a smoking zone..they don't have a separate area for smoke..no place for dance also.. .
