Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience at Makobrew Hyderguda Himayathnagar hyderabad The staff initially behaved well, but the conduct of the MD, Rahul Bokadia, was outright irresponsible and disrespectful. When I requested a discount using the Mahesh Privilege Card, it was first denied without proper explanation. Upon asking the staff to call the manager, he refused multiple times and only showed up after repeated insistence. Instead of resolving the issue, I was asked to go to the counter after making the payment. To make matters worse, the bill copy was not returned after payment. When I approached the counter, the MD himself was sitting there and behaved in a completely mannerless and arrogant way. When I questioned whether this is how customers are treated, his response was dismissive—essentially telling us to “pay and leave” and even saying “don’t come again.” This kind of attitude from someone in such a senior position is unacceptable. Hospitality starts from the top, and this was a complete failure. First time I’ve seen staff being decent but the MD being the most unprofessional person in the place. Would not recommend based on this experience.

**Avoid Mackobreo if you value respect, peace of mind, and your money!** I was a regular customer, but my recent experience was appalling. I ordered two caramel cold coffees from a lady waiter, who passed the order to another waiter. He reconfirmed *caramel cold coffee*, and I said yes. Yet, he brought cranberry coffee and repeatedly, rudely insisted that I had confirmed cranberry instead. The lady waiter herself confirmed that my original order was caramel cold coffee. When I escalated the issue, the manager was equally unhelpful. Despite initially agreeing to correct the order, he kept sending the same waiter to pressure us into paying for and drinking beverages we never ordered. This ruined our family outing, and **they even billed me for the wrong drinks they took back!** Pathetic service, rude behaviour, and zero accountability from both the waiter and management. **Never visiting this place again. There are plenty of alternatives that treat customers with basic respect.**

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this restaurent - makobrew hyderguda, entirely due to the owner Rahul bokadia's unacceptable behavior. From the moment we interacted, the attitude was rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. We were spoken to with disrespect, as if we were an inconvenience rather than paying guests. Simple questions were met with irritation and dismissive responses. It’s shocking to see someone in the hospitality business behave with such a lack of basic courtesy. No matter how good the food might be, this kind of treatment completely ruins the experience. Respect is the bare minimum any customer deserves, and it was clearly missing here. I will not be returning, and I strongly caution others before choosing to dine here.
