We had a really bad experience with this McDonald's restaurant. We went there with my family, hoping to enjoy some gourmet burgers. However, according to the manager, the bun required for the burger we wanted was unavailable. When we then asked for the spicy McChicken, we received the same response. Eventually, we were informed that only the surprise burger and the chicken kebab were available. To make matters worse, after we tried to use a voucher code from the app, they informed us that it had been discontinued.Then why didn't they inform us beforehand? Why was it listed on the McDonald's app and even in the billing system? After enduring 15 minutes of frustration, we settled for the surprise burger and a coke float. Unfortunately, the surprise burger was disappointing, and the ice cream in the coke float was minuscule. The quality, quantity, everything was really poor. I would never recommend this McDonald's to anyone.
