we had mango and wildberry sorbet, they were fresh and refreshing. we also had margherita pizza, which was classic and yum. in pasta, we had veg penne alla norma which was dry and can be improved, can make it more saucy.

Food: Some Ice Creams are good. Some have this metallic taste. We had a biscoff and it tasted like metal Service: While we did not want a replacement, we fixated it clearly. You take my money I don't care because I have known how Sara Calderoni started this in Bangalore. The two guys and their manager at the counter were unresponsive and ignorant to even hear a customer's complaint. My wife went twice to the counter only to be shrugged off by a couple of those guys. Her first words were 'I don't want a replacement, but please check what are you serving to your customers'. Please teach your men on the counters to be polite Atmosphere: Parking is a pain at this place. All the cars cluttered, they should think about increasing the parking space and getting a lot somewhere nearby like most joints do. I have gone to Milano both in Bangalore and Hyderabad multiple times, but they just lost 4 customers permanently. I won't recommend it to others as well. Please try Huber and Holly or Magnolia nearby

I’m genuinely disappointed with the service experience during my recent visit. We had specifically ordered a chicken sandwich but were served a veg sandwich instead.When we politely enquired about the missing chicken, he irresponsibly replied, “I don’t know, please go to the counter and talk,” and simply walked away. This was extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour. Why should customers leave their table and stand in a crowded counter to fix a mistake that the restaurant made? If the wrong order is served, it is the staff’s responsibility to correct it and exchange it, not the customer’s. This shows very poor reflection of the service standards.

the lady at the counter was very hostile and rude. she swore at me in her native language and jus glared at me when i asked what she had said. all this because i was asking her to jus get my order to be packed faster and why she hasnt asked me if i need pizza heated before doing so inspite of knowin its takeaway. she even told me she wont sell me half a full cake, i had to explain to her that she can sell me the equivalent no of slices which is what a seller does usually. i dont know how well this place is doin but even for a place that's drowning in money, certain decencies cant be exempt.

The staff could have been courteous and polite . Extremely rude to customers and they are unable to manage huge crowds . Ice creams and food might be above average but customer service is priority . Throwing ice creams cups at customers as if doing a favour and being rude murmuring is not a place I would like to ever visit again .

very worst staff not at all happy with service and tastes of ice cream, when we reached at counter the person was very rude and asking to give order fast or leave and there was no tastings samples also never in my life I recommend this place.......

The worst place ever, ordered a aglio o olio and specifically mentioned bacon on the side for my friend. They have added bacon in the dish itself and being a vegetarian regretted coming here. Never ever stepping in this restaurant
