I will never forget what happened yesterday. I had ordered two cans of Grand Voca Very Berry. I drank one of them, but I didn’t like the other one, so I asked the server if it could be returned. He told me that it could not be returned. I then asked if I could take the unopened can home and whether it had any shelf life. He explained that if the can was opened, it would last only about a day, but if it remained unopened, it could be kept for several days. Based on that information, I completed the payment and was preparing to take the unopened can with me. However, what happened next was extremely upsetting. I had to face unnecessary harassment outside, and the way one of the managers spoke to and treated my female partner was completely disrespectful and unacceptable. On top of that, they did not allow me to take the can with me and kept it with themselves. There is CCTV footage of the entire incident, and I strongly believe it should be reviewed. The manager behaved very badly and even told me that if I took the can home, their licence would supposedly be cancelled. This was completely unreasonable. Later, I also received two calls from Tomato asking whether I had taken the order with me. I clearly told them that I had not, because the restaurant staff themselves had stopped me from taking it. Yet the entire situation was handled as though I had taken the item, which is completely false. I have visited this place many times before and have never expected such treatment. Yesterday, simply because I wanted to take an unopened can home after paying for it, I had to go through such an unpleasant and humiliating experience. This was an extremely bad experience, and at this point, I feel there has been no proper resolution to the matter.

1. Pathetic bike parking. Had to park my bike on the foothpath and not sure whether it's legal parking. 2. Pathetic Service. The girl at the front desk was so rude. The waiters are too lazy. Had to use the call button multiple times to call a waiter. 3. Pathetic seating arrangements. We got seated in a swing. The seat is very comfortable and not at all feasible to sit and eat there. 4. No prior intimidation regarding seating arrangements. The inner hall was booked for a party and had to sit outside in a very hot weather. Also, no cooler was provided to us, even after requesting. 5. We went for a corporate dinner and it was a very important one, but the overall experience was so pathetic. Never ever recommending anyone to visit here.

Absolute rude staffs, doesn’t know how to manage crowd, bad service and serves cold food! The Social brand has gone down the drain, absolutely stay away from it if you dont want to waste money
