zomato pre booking done, still restaurant management has no idea, surprised. poor service, staff unable to manage 15 plus guest table, unlikely to recommend this to anyone in future...... food was tasty and was vegetarian cuisine ,as expected.

They must pay attention to customer requests. We asked them to get the coffee at the start of the meals and they brought it towards the end. Upon enquiring, they conveniently told that they forgot.

Pathetic service. You accepted my order, kept me waiting for 40 minutes, and then casually cancelled it because the item wasn’t available. If you don’t have the item, don’t accept the order. No call. No update. And when I called, no one bothered to answer properly. Refunding my money doesn’t give me back the 40 minutes you wasted. Customers’ time isn’t free. This is completely unprofessional.

Going in vegetarian place and food is coming from non vegetarian hotel this is what Minerva pure vegetarian so called..chilly paneer came from little fox which is multicusine! A true vegetarian will feel this
