This is my second visit to this place & both the time the experience was same - Good food & pathetic service. Both the time I ordered tenderloin burger & Brownie Shake & in spite of requesting multiple times - I didn't get both items together. This time also I got the burger - where they had mentioned pickles but there were none...after highlighting the same to the waiter he brought the Jalapenos seperately. Then when almost half the burger was finished I reminded him of the Shake & 5mins after that I saw he has started making it. By the time he brought the Shake I had finished my burger. In terms of food burger & shake both was good. I tried smashed tenderloin burger(which was good) & beast tenderloin burger(which was just Ok). Brownie shake is very good. Ambience is good & both the time I got the seat immediately (weekday visit). Pricing is also good .

my first visit was much better but they seemed overly unstaffed today. The service was not the same and neither was the quality of food. Imagine struggling to make smaller pieces of the fish because of the excessively chewy skin. The stake was also "well-done" instead of medium rare. There wasn't any offer to make it our way. it ended up being overly chewy too. I love the place and the vibe. I am sure they will fix this soon but today wasn't their day.

I ordered the Juicy Lucy Chicken Burger and Salted Caramel Shake. The shake was absolutely delicious—rich, creamy, and definitely the highlight of my order. However, the burger didn’t meet my expectations. It lacked the flavor and satisfaction I was hoping for. Overall, great shake, but the burger could be better.

the appetisers were good but the burgers were very mid. dry asf and no spice. even the ambience wasn’t that great. definitely not worth the promotions that they do on social media👎🏻

The mashed potatoes under the steak were so lumpy it’s unbelievable. If I wanted to eat unsalted bhaji, i would’ve stayed at home. Service was just downright awful. Rude too. There is nothing American about the food. The mozzarella sticks were tangy and the cheese had no pull.
