super food good ambience frehly home made like food we ordered south indian and north indian thalis taste was good and quantity they provide is more than we expected .Kudos to the Management,Chef and staff

The food was absolutely delicious wonderful, delicious and good quantity was served but the service was super slow. Had to wait to for 20-30 mins for each item ordered also though booked a table in zomato had to wait for 40 mins to sit at a table.

there is no value of online booking as over booking done due to which one has to wait and repeatedly need to make them aware that you have an online reservation and waiting.

Network in the hotel is a pain - this makes payment via Zomato difficult. Otherwise - food is clean. Good. Simple.

Veg dum biryani - This was good, but as i asked for less spicy, there was more rice only…very little masala or gravy. Then i had to eat with mirch ka salan. Matka kulfi - it was more of ice cream than Kulfi. It had more of cream than milk based kulfi.

Veg Manchurian is not tasteful Methi Chaman and garlic naan is good and recommended Service is not good especially most of them are unable to understand Telugu language when the restaurant is Telugu veg

We booked a table at Nani’s Pure Veg after being explicitly promised a free dessert with our reservation. Unfortunately, the restaurant failed to honor this offer when it came time to settle the bill. While small, honoring promotional offers is basic hospitality and a matter of honesty. Failing to deliver on simple commitments leaves a bad impression and makes you question their customer service standards overall. Very disappointing—won't be relying on their booking offers again.
