First of all - Hygiene We got plates with still food on it, not properly washed. We asked to change it the second time and we got plates smelling egg, so we had to get it changed the third time. Felt so offput by this. Food was nice but nothing could take me off the hygiene Service is bad, nobody came to take the order and while taking somebody else's food they threw it on floor which splashed on us, very offputting

While the reception was satisfactory, the overall service and culinary offerings were subpar. Specifically, the "Rajulu Vari Royyalu Pulao" received a 0/5 rating due to undercooked prawns and an off-putting odor. The "Guthi Style Chicken Joint," despite being recommended by staff, scored 1.5/5 and was comparable in taste to street-side vendors. The "Papucharu Annam with Chicken Fry," a chef's special, was particularly disappointing with a -10/5 rating, lacking essential seasoning and tamarind notes, and featuring chicken fry reminiscent of roadside pakoras, leading to it being left unfinished. Conversely, the "Crispy Corn" was rated 3.5/5 and was a more enjoyable dish among the selections. The "Apricot Delight" received a 4.5/5 for its pleasant taste. Overall, the establishment appears to be overrated. Furthermore, an additional charge for gas consumption was applied to the bill, with the explanation that this covers the cost of cooking during a gas shortage. It is worth noting that

Pathetic dining experience at this restaurant. First, no one came to take our order for nearly 20 minutes after we were seated. The menu was extremely limited, especially for seafood, with hardly 2–3 options available. We ordered one prawns dish and one fish dish, but both arrived with the exact same recipe and taste. Only the names were different. Very disappointing. We also asked multiple staff members for two water glasses, but no one bothered to bring them. An empty glass was left on the table with no attention after that. As for the biryani, it seems every biryani uses the same plain rice base, and they simply change the curry topping depending on what you order. Service: 1/5 Food: 0/5 Overall: 0.5/5

Very bad experience at Naatu Kitchen. Food prices are already high, but on top of that they added an extra ₹85 as a gas charge, which is completely unacceptable. This kind of hidden charge is not fair to customers. Portion sizes are small and not worth the money. Taste was average and inconsistent. Service was also slow and staff were not responsive. Overall, overpriced and disappointing. Adding extra charges like this makes the experience worse. Not recommended.
