Food is very tasty & amazing, specially soya chaap & paneer tikka , desert's are to good nice service, lovely ambience i love this restaurant

One of the finest option for vegetarian people I tried bun maska and chai which was definitely very good. Bun maska was fantabulous. I don't understand why in Hyderabad chai is so much expensive over this places. But I highly recommend to try bun maska. I will try definitely other things in my next visit.

Food is just average, there's so much of overhype about this place. Staff are unresponsive and inattentive. Managing of crowd is not done. hygiene is questionable.

Such a shitty experience. Had heard a lot about this place, thought of giving it a try but for such a hyped place they surely do not know how to manage the crowd and treat their customer. Especially, their pani puri server, he is the rudest possible staff I have ever seen. He not only ruined my experience but really made me question the service of popular places like Naintara. And upon asked to make him understand, even the manager wanted me to calm down, instead of telling the staff to apologise. To others who are reading this & wondering what really happened? All I asked the pani puri server to add some extra salt to my stuffing not to the entire ragda but only in the ones he was serving, to which he rudely said I wouldn’t do it. Threw the panipuri in the dustbin and asked me to go and take your money back. And I was stunned to what I really asked for, why did he react this way. Wow! Some restaurants really do not know how to train their staffs when it comes to hospitality which should be a must. All the panipuri wala could say is if Anil says to add salt I would. But who actually is Anil and why would he make decisions for me? This could be a tiny episode for money but for 30 rs worth pani puri, I wouldn’t want others to go through the same experience - such poor hospitality. Naintara, better learn from this experience. People pay money for good food and great time. Do not take this lightly.

visited with my mother for dinner. Food poisoning happened to both of us. I had to admit my mom in emergency in midnight due to continuous vomiting.. worst food quality

Very bad service no one responds even called after 3-4 times. Worst restaurant ever. The waiters are least bothered about customers.
