The only thing I didn’t like was the way the service charge was handled. It was added to the bill without any indication that it was optional. When I told the staff member that I didn’t want to pay the service charge, she mentioned it to the other staff and then informed the manager. The manager came over and asked if I could at least pay half of it. I found this quite uncomfortable. As far as I understand, a service charge is optional, and customers shouldn’t be pressured into paying any part of it. I would have been happy to tip the staff member who actually served us, but having to repeatedly call someone for service and then being asked to pay a mandatory-looking service charge didn’t leave a good impression.

Food is good Thali was not properly served means no organised service.Most of the food items salty.Bill payment took lot of time .initially they denaid zomato payment.Ambiance is nice I can give 3 stars for food 4 stars ambiance 5

On Thurday 13th August evening we went to this resturant and bar though the ambience felt great at start but ended with a confusion, We order 2 Golkonda Kodi Pulav, which tasted great and later 3 more initially it took around 40 mins for the pulav, but later 3 came early because our other order like cooker mutton pulav was burnt, now when we requested to get us Golkonda Kodi Pulav it came with a surprise, earlier 2 Golkonda Pulav came with a common and small soona masoori rice while the later 3 where big grains of briyani rice clearly indicating they have simply manipulated biryani rice for Pulav just to save their image, because we didn't liked to waste food we ate it politely and paid bill and left, but restaurant should feel accountable for such manipulation and avoid accordingly.

Overrated!!! Except for the soup, the starters and main course were under salted. The service was absent minded, bringing soups not together, bringing main course before the starters and then serving it mild. Not coming again.
