I ordered from Norfest and the Kadhai chicken gravy came dry. I complained to the restaurant and they personally sent an order to me with chicken gravy and naan as well! Really appreciate this gesture. 5 star rating for understanding customer service and doing excellently well!

actually first i visit i order murgh angara chiken. I got 8 pieces, then 2nd time got 7 pieces, in my 3rd visit i got only 6 pieces. frequently he reduced quantity of not only starters biryani as well. in first visit got 4 to 5 pieces ,in second it ok, but in 3rd visit again i got only 2 pieces and rice quantity also very less.

food is ok meel box ke sath 2 roti extra order thi and pay pura kiya lekin aya nhi dusri bar roti ke sath meel box leke aya jis ki kimat 370 or par karne ke liye bola gaya 1 parson ke liye 2meel box jyada ho jate hai lekin mujhe mera order nhi mila pura

one of the worst food i ever had. Ordered malai paneer tikka, they served leftover food and that food was stale and dry.
