If the owners care about their reputation, they seriously need to address this. Staff like the AGM will drive customers away. Our nightmare began with the valet service, which damaged our car key and admitted it. Instead of enjoying our time, we spent the entire evening arranging a Rapido ride back home to retrieve a spare key. We didn’t get to enjoy even a single moment of what we paid for. After finally resolving the situation ourselves, we approached the AGM and the experience we had. Instead of acknowledging the issue or showing basic courtesy, he mocked us and dismissed our concern, saying things along the lines of “don’t worry about this ₹200–300 thing” and casually offering to “get the key repaired. We kept standing outside for a good half an hour. With no positive outcome. This was not just unprofessional — it was outright disrespectful. There was zero accountability, zero empathy, and no sense of hospitality. Behavior like this is unacceptable in any service industry, let alone a place that positions itself as a premium venue

Worst experience ...if we buy 2000 rs then they look at u as cheap and give u the seat where j dont have AC and visibility for music band...Food and alcohol prices are ridiculously high...We have so many othrr options in hyderabad where they provide best of class at very cheapef rates...

one of the worst club. someone is asking 5000 someone asking 2500 for entry just on weekdays . some saying party going on so no place. common this was my first time in your club and I guess it would be last time and never gonna come here. worst club management ever seen.

If you are expecting people not to enjoy, please move the restaurant to family dining. Because of Manager, we had to ask our food for take away. We were just listening to Live Band and whistling.. Manager asked us not to whistle... Nothing else..

Food is bakwas. Especially, non-veg is wasted. I just had to pay without eating. Also mandated to pay service charges in spite of being optional. Would not recommend this again.

I had never expected this type of worst experience with club and VEDAM band. I am not at all happy this type of service provided by ODEUM BY PRISM.
