It's always been a pleasant experience at Okra. All the hosts have been humble and professional, and they know their jobs really well. Most of the time, Priyankar served me at Okra—he’s a true gentleman. I felt at home. I was practicing silent meditation for some time, and everyone cooperated without any hassle, judgment, or assumptions. Their focus was always on service. Gaurav,Tamasha and Mami were supportive too. The food was consistently great, and the chefs not only took feedback but also explained some of the dishes. I may have missed mentioning a few names, but I will never forget the experience and the warmth. I’ve visited Okra almost 40 times(first 35 with silence) in the last 6 months, and I’m definitely looking forward to more.

Excellent service as always. I'm not very good with app navigation, digital payments. Gaurav ensured that I get the maximum benefits. I got really impressed by his work ethics and social awareness by the way he kept my phone on the table and operated with absolute transparency. Gratitude.

It’s our first visit and we are very impressed with food and specially the staff, they treat you as family and guide for food preference too. We visited during the odyssey festival and met chef Srutisree 🥰 also.

Could be better, Buffett felt like it's worth 1000 rs and service is also not that great. I asked the drinks section and upon their confirmation I took 2 free soft drinks but the drinks were charged in my bill and they have lied that all drinks are chargeable and each drinks was charged 240 rupees which is 6 times more than mrp, dessert section is good.

Very poor service. Had to wait half an hour for a glass of water. It was a long wait for everything even breads. Ruined my occasion totally. Unhygienic setting and temperature was not appropriate for dining. Very bad experience

prices shown in the app and the charges levied are very different, cheating customers showing USP as low price, ambience and staff were superb but the taste was below average The day I was dined in it was 1700 plus taxes,out of which zomato offered 50% discount, but restaurant charged 2100 plus taxes and allowing 50% discount on that, wrongly making customers fools showing the discounted price

The spread was disappointing for a Marriott Hotel, also the taste was too bland, it's expected a bit for international guests but not this much even for local dishes.
