Not at all happy with zomato! You have spoiled our evening by faking the booking confirmation. We booked in advance on zomato for tulips for 18 pax and we were denied table by tulips. Zomato dont have necessary tie ups and the hotels doesnt care zomato customers. No more to zomato

Greatly disappointed with the staff and management. I visited this hotel last month with my 75+ year-old mother, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. We specifically requested a table closer to the buffet area as it was difficult for my mother to walk long distances, but the manager and staff refused to accommodate our request. It was extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable for a senior citizen to repeatedly walk all the way to the buffet area. I expected the hotel staff to be more considerate and understanding, especially when it comes to the needs of elderly guests. Sadly, based on this experience, I would not consider this a senior-citizen-friendly hotel. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains the staff to show more empathy and flexibility towards elderly guests in the future.
