beautiful experience in Once Upon a Time. Nothing has changed here. The quality of food remains top notch, the different unconventional food pairing and the exceptional taste still continue to amaze us. We started with Crispy Softshell Crab, something I didnt know could taste this good. We ordered Subz Mishran where the gravy was pista based and and we couldnt stop with one bite of the creamy gravy and phulka. We also ordered Prawn Ghee Roast Biryani which was flavourful and moist. The icing on the cake was the Tender coconut Nimish which was totally unexpected. What arrived was a generous scoop of jaggery icecream dunked in a sea of tender coconut fluffy cream drizzled with almond flakes. I am definitely going back there for more. Next on our list is gosht safediya pulao. Special thanks to the Manager and Samyukta.

I have been to this restaurant multiple times, and it has never disappointed. Whether it's the food or the service, always excellent. Strongly recommended based on personal experience - The pineapple mutton starter (sort of like a taco), soft shell crab (amazing taste and texture), the saag meat, yakhni pulao as well as the samosa and chai dessert.

'Once Upon a Time' Restaurant inside Greenpark hotel serves some really amazing food. Delicate flavors prepared with absolute perfection to blend the traditional dishes in a modern outlook. I would highly advise everyone to try their 8 course set menu (slightly pricey but worth every penny). Go for it !

Food served was good while it lacked variety was overall okay. What lets the place down is the service! Which is a zero. No cutlery on the table had to beg for forks and spoons, had to ask for soup bowl. Mangers in suits just running around doing nothing, while bus boys clearing up the plates was taking our requests after we hunt them down. It feels like they doing us a favour by letting us eat for free. Would not recommend !
