I’ve visited One8 Commune multiple times and usually enjoyed the food, ambience, and overall experience. It’s been a go-to place for me, which is why what happened last night was really disappointing. While celebrating a friend’s birthday, I saw a rat running around inside the restaurant. It was shocking and honestly ruined the mood of the evening. Hygiene and cleanliness are basic expectations at any restaurant, especially one positioned as a premium dining experience. I hope the management takes this seriously and addresses the issue immediately with proper pest control and hygiene checks. Until then, I’m genuinely unsure about coming back. I’ve had good experiences here before, but this incident has shaken my trust.

Exceptionally bad and slow service on 17th March 26, food came cold, replacement came so late other food got cold, so much of confusion with the order placed.
