Good and unique flavours available.. staff is friendly and the place is very neat. What surprised me the most is they have outstation packaging for icecream. My daughter loved their milky mango. The staff recommends vanilla choco fudge

I have had multiple disappointing experiences with Organic Creamery, particularly at the Himayathnagar and Begumpet branches. Unfortunately, what used to be one of my favourite places for ice cream has gradually become a place I hesitate to visit because of the consistently poor experience. The Himayathnagar branch has been especially disappointing. The staff experience has been extremely poor on multiple occasions, and the overall service has repeatedly left me frustrated and disappointed. Begumpet has also not been much better in terms of the overall experience. What disappoints me the most is the drastic change in the quantity and quality of the ice cream. Initially, the DBC used to be really good—the quantity was satisfying, the quality was great, and it genuinely felt worth the price. But over time, the quantity has noticeably reduced and the quality doesn’t seem to be what it used to be. Even the toppings, which were once a good part of the experience, are now being given in very small quantities. We are paying around ₹300 for an ice cream, which is already a premium price. At that price point, customers naturally expect good quality, generous portions and a satisfying overall experience. Unfortunately, these days I don’t feel that the ice cream is worth ₹300 at all. I honestly don’t understand what the strategy is behind reducing the quantity and compromising on the quality, especially after the brand has become popular and the ice creams have gained so much hype. If anything, when a brand becomes more successful, the expectation should be to maintain or improve the quality—not reduce the quantity and make customers feel like they are getting less for their money. This is exactly where a business can start losing loyal customers. People may try a hyped product once, but they will only keep coming back if the quality, quantity and service remain consistent. I have personally noticed a significant difference compared to how good the experience used to be. I really hope Organic Creamery takes this feedback seriously, especially regarding the Himayathnagar branch and its staff. The brand has clearly built a good reputation, but maintaining that reputation requires consistency. Please focus on improving the staff behaviour, maintaining the original quality and giving customers a quantity that actually feels justified for the price.

Very bad experience. Both the staff and the manager behaved rudely and were unprofessional in their responses. Instead of addressing the concern properly, they gave dismissive and inappropriate replies. The attitude shown was unacceptable and disappointing.

Ice cream is fully loaded with sugars .. too sweet and very expensive for this taste and quality
