Every single item we ordered was honestly spot on 😌😌. If you're a sushi head, the crab Asparagus Cream Cheese Tempura is a must , crazy good crab meat quality and the plating was clean and matches the menu image in every aspect . For mains, their signature Fiery Chicken Gyoza Ramen is legit. The chicken broth is rich, hits the spot, and one bowl easily fills you up real good. The Katsu Curry Chicken rice bowl was just as solid. If you ever have proper ramen cravings, Osaka is straight-up the spot.

the food was absolutely good and tasty but the quantity of dumpling is very less than we expected. the Sushi was absolutely filled with goodness and tasty savory.but the dumpling Could be increased it quantity so the price would can be satisfied with customer.ambience and staff are top notch. the wating time could be improved asap and food quantity could be increased.

The place had a good variety of food options. We loved the dumpling platter. Blissful Kanji seemed like an interesting beverage with quite a unique taste, Yuzu was super refreshing. What slightly disappointed us was the Mango sticky rice which did not meet our expectations. Desserts could have been tad bit better and authentic.

Osaka looks like a regular hall with chairs organized and people waiting for food. No Japanese ambience. Even a road side dhaba has more ambience than this setup. Food can be improved as per the prices because honestly the prices are way too high and food and ambience experience is way too low

The food was good but the service was pathetic. They took 30 mins to give us a table and even after the table was given to us, the staff missed out on a couple of orders which again took time to deliver. This was the 3rd time we visited the place. The service is deteriorating with time

Visited Osaka today and had a disappointing experience. We were initially offered a dining area that felt quite congested, despite the restaurant having several empty tables available elsewhere. We politely requested to be seated in a different section, but the staff refused without providing any clear reason. What made it more frustrating was that there appeared to be plenty of vacant tables and no visible reservations. The food may be good, but customer service and guest comfort are equally important. The poor customer service and rigid attitude overshadowed the entire experience. A little flexibility and hospitality would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, the experience left us feeling unwelcome.

Extremely poor service. Sunday arnd 8:30pm whatever we ordered was not available. No beverage. No dumpling. Very disappointing experience.
