Food was good. But not so Great Tried Special Mutton Biriyani which is okay okay but Chicken Dum Biriyani was good Apollo Fish was decent. Tangdi Kebab no need to try

overall ok ok not bad, but servicing lo chala late chesaru starting lo but middle lo ok. but full crowd undhi so memu lite tesukunam. pachi mirchi kodi kabab famous nd spl annadu anthaga anipichaledhu, crispy corn last tym bagundhi ippudu edho undhi antey undhi. but biryani was good

Its been quite a unpleasant story….. 1) the Airconditioning does not work…..there were atleast 2 groups of customers who left after being unable to bear the heat…..this at 1:15 / 1:30, with restaurant being open for customers at 12 noon, is something the management, if they are interested in continuing their business 2) the server does not minimum sense to serve the onions and chutney along with the starters…..which were served after one full hour after the order ……that too only one starter was served out of the two ordered 3) the server only served onions after being asked (which was exactly having finely sliced six pieces - for a customer table with 4 persons) 4) after a while, along with main course, When asked for another plate of onions the server comes up with another six pieces but without the two small pieces of lemons (which were there in earlier served plate)…….seemed like Padmaraga employees were doing a favour to the customers (it seemed like the restaurant was being permanently closed) 5) for the main course, after waiting for 90 min, i had to goad the servers to enquire in the kitchen about my order…..which each one was trying to tell me that other one will ho and find out…….after having enough of their drama, i had to get up from my table and assert myself that they go inside the kitchen and enquire about the order ……finally the order arrives…..partially….only non veg curry brought……when i demand that they bring the veg curry also…..it arrives 6) the final nail in the coffin….the server serves the pulao with raita….without getting into an argument about the curry which should have accompanied the pulao, we finish our lunch…..then the server bring the salan/ curry I forgot to mention, The menu was shown in the mobile of a server…. Some thing is seriously wrong at Padmaraga….which was otherwise a very good restaurant ( i was part of a group which visited in Sep last)

worst management. worst food. worst service. we booked banquet hall for a function but they shut the whole place a day after we made the booking due to management issues. this was conveyed to us just before a week of our function, which lead us to look for another hall immediately. also, they did not return our 10k deposit immediately. we called them daily and were told they will give money in 10 min, but gave us almost 20 days later. the main owner, Mr. Madhu, is the worst person ever. doesn't know how to talk to people. never, never ever go to this place, especially if you have an important function at home. they are not reliable at all.

Quantity is too less for that price and quality also not upto mark, chicken not cooked properly , I won’t recommend any others to Padmaraga
