When you make an advance booking, reach on time, and you have to wait to be seated... after you are seated you keep waiting....no water on table... no one to take your food order... when he finally arrived after multiple requests, he's in a rush! Most beverages not available... below avg ambience... and last-but-not the least... the Zomato flat-off cash-back amount is strictly a BAIT-only. Overall customer experience is a 3/10 !!

the quantity was very less. the gravy taste was okay. but the brinjal is a bit bitter. The prices were 2 high and the service was worse not even responding . i ordered crispy chilly chicken.they didn't even serve the dish also The pieces were a bit hard

I was really looking forward to the Nalli Gosh Biryani since the manager said it’s their best dish. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the expectation. I’ve had this biryani at several restaurants in Hyderabad and loved it, but here the mutton had an unpleasant smell. The ambience also didn’t add to the experience.

Your Restaurant has Charged Me Too Much High Price and the chicken biryani we as team eat but the waiter or server who is taking order I spoke with him quantity in each biryani how many people can eat he told me 3 but at last we are left 3 biryani and take parcel that is money totally waste and no proper guidelines given
