So I’ve been having food from this place ever since its launch. It was really good and then it became just another commercialized restaurant. But I’m not here to discuss their food quality or their ambiance. I’m here specifically to talk about their delivery system. Over the past month, I’ve ordered a grand total of 4 times from here. And every single time. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. My order would be either missing an item or straight up have a completely different item sent. For example, I ordered 2 portions of ginger chicken yesterday as part of a larger order. I even called the delivery executive to ask him to make sure all the items are packed. When I got it, I got a sealed parcel and when asked the delivery executive, he said he double checked with the restaurant staff that everything was given as I’m guessing they aren’t allowed to rip open the parcel and check for themselves. So I took his word, ripped the tape of the parcel and checked. And 1 item missing. I thought probably out of the 2 portions I got only 1. Nope, not only were 2 plates of ginger chicken not sent, I got a portion of veg noodles. Something I had never ordered from here. To put it plain and simple, I have watched this restaurant start on a high note, to literally not able to process a delivery order. What a waste. I don’t know if I ever order again. All I know that they have become complacent with their job. When you rake in that money, what’s one customers grievances.

Ordered food at 10pm and after 1hr they said, sorry because of technical error. They didn't had the courtesy to inform the same. Prior to this, ordered mutton biryani and it didn't taste good. Hyderabad is famous for biryanis and this kinda biryani, they don't stand next to any hyd biryanis. Bad experience and bad taste.

Worst ever food Ordered chicken afghani kebab pieces were broken and extremely stiff unchewable uneatable overcooked dry. Mutton kolhapuri had 2 pieces and 4 bones only bones no taste at all only spicy and nothing else. Had the worst food ever. You guys are charging so much money atleast give food which is edible.

They don't no how behave with customers worst service and waste of money please try some other places dnt go to this place full of rude people in this resturent!! And it taste litrelly so bad pls waste of money dnt try over here!!

I order kaju panner biryani i an pure vegetarian i got chiken its to much stupid thing aslo other order i got stone when i told the staff they didn’t say they laughed and pass its so bad thing i dnt have this worst experience

The Worest special chicken Biryani 390rs and chicken Lollipop 200Rs chicken biryani peace totally dry and smelling chicken is not fresh chicken Lollipop is totally filled with Flour not cooked well

Worest food and pieces. Please don't order biryani and other foods also . Just now I tried to call this restaurant he shutdown his mobile.
